Door-to-door coordination

Door-to-door coordination means Triworld lines up origin collection, the main air or ocean leg, and destination handling as one plan. Collection and last-mile delivery happen only where a partner can perform them and they are in the agreed service.

What this includes

    Origin collection

Arrange pickup when a partner covers that place.

    Main carriage

Book the air or ocean leg with a carrier.

    Destination handoff

Coordinate arrival and delivery to the nominated place when that leg is included.

Use cases

    01

    Factory to buyer

Goods leave a supplier and are planned through to the buyer’s nominated location.

    02

    Port only

The buyer wants port-to-port and will handle inland cartage outside this job.

    03

    Unavailable last mile

A destination has no partner for final delivery, so the service stops at the agreed earlier point.

Limits

  • Triworld is based in India and coordinates trade worldwide. Africa is an important market. It is not the country the business starts from.
  • Door-to-door movement, consolidation, storage, and last-mile delivery apply where a partner and the agreed service allow them.
  • Customs work is coordination with licensed brokers, agents, and authorities. Triworld does not claim to be the licensed customs broker.
  • Triworld does not claim its own ships, aircraft, or trucks. Air and ocean space is arranged with carriers, subject to the cargo, route, and timing.
  • Each enquiry is checked for legality, availability, destination rules, permits, quality, and carrier acceptance before a movement is confirmed.
