Customs clearance coordination

Customs clearance coordination means Triworld prepares and passes the commercial papers and shipment information to the licensed broker, agent, or authority who actually clears the goods. Triworld does not claim that licence.

What this includes

    Paper set

Align invoices, packing lists, and other route papers before arrival or export.

    Licensed party

Hand the file to the broker or agent appointed for that clearance.

    Rule warning

Stop the job when permits, restricted-goods rules, or standards are unresolved.

Use cases

    01

    Export clearance support

Documents are ready for the licensed party before the cargo is handed to the carrier.

    02

    Import clearance support

Arrival information and papers are aligned so the destination broker can work.

    03

    Duty unknown

Duties and taxes are flagged as country-and-commodity charges, not quoted as a universal rate.

Limits

  • Triworld is based in India and coordinates trade worldwide. Africa is an important market. It is not the country the business starts from.
  • Door-to-door movement, consolidation, storage, and last-mile delivery apply where a partner and the agreed service allow them.
  • Customs work is coordination with licensed brokers, agents, and authorities. Triworld does not claim to be the licensed customs broker.
  • Triworld does not claim its own ships, aircraft, or trucks. Air and ocean space is arranged with carriers, subject to the cargo, route, and timing.
  • Each enquiry is checked for legality, availability, destination rules, permits, quality, and carrier acceptance before a movement is confirmed.

Questions

Can Triworld pay duties for every country as the broker of record?

No. Duties, taxes, and permits vary. Licensed parties handle clearance.

What if a permit is missing?

The shipment is not treated as ready. The enquiry stays open until the requirement is resolved or the job stops.
