GuidesHow it works

How a Triworld shipment works

A Triworld shipment moves through seven steps: requirement, sourcing and commercial review, verification and planning, booking and dispatch, transit management, destination handling, and completion. Not every job uses every physical leg, because a customer can buy sourcing only, logistics only, or both.

What this includes

    Requirement

Record the product, quantity, specifications, origin, destination, and timeline.

    Sourcing and commercial review

Identify supply options and confirm pricing basis and shipment terms.

    Verification and planning

Review cargo, documents, packaging, route, mode, and restrictions.

    Booking and dispatch

Arrange air, container, or another service and coordinate handover.

    Transit management

Share milestones and work issues through the relevant partner.

    Destination handling

Pass arrival information, support clearance parties, and coordinate onward delivery if it is included.

    Completion

Confirm receipt, close the file, and send the final update with the documents.

Use cases

    01

    Single shipment

One defined consignment from a confirmed supplier to a named destination.

    02

    Recurring supply

The same brief repeated, with each cycle still checked before booking.

    03

    Project movement

Several related shipments planned against one project schedule.

Limits

  • Triworld is based in India and coordinates trade worldwide. Africa is an important market. It is not the country the business starts from.
  • Door-to-door movement, consolidation, storage, and last-mile delivery apply where a partner and the agreed service allow them.
  • Customs work is coordination with licensed brokers, agents, and authorities. Triworld does not claim to be the licensed customs broker.
  • Triworld does not claim its own ships, aircraft, or trucks. Air and ocean space is arranged with carriers, subject to the cargo, route, and timing.
  • Each enquiry is checked for legality, availability, destination rules, permits, quality, and carrier acceptance before a movement is confirmed.
